On October, 23rd the initiation for the pupils of the first grades took place in our school. In the morning, we came to our dressing room and there was a huge mess. Our slippers were littered, glued together or thrown out. The cloaks were tied in a place of the door and the door itself was placed on the top of the dressing room. When we finished cleaning, we went to our class where another surprise awaited us. The chairs were stacked on top of each other and taped together. Books and notebooks were discarded on the floor, the board was written all over and our pictures were turned upside down. During the first lesson, we were given signs with an inscription or a picture. We had to keep our hands up and wear the signs all day, and when we met a teacher or a student from 3.A we had to bow on our knees. After school, the initiation ceremony began. This year the theme referred to hell, and the students from 3.A and 3.B wore devil’s costumes. At the beginning, we danced a dance together. 1.A danced Haka and 1.B danced Tami toko sita. Then we performed some embarrassing tasks like eating gummy bears, cracking balloons, singing, dancing or showing our muscles. At the end Tomáš Kondlla prepared a poem for our class teacher Mrs.Šípošová. We all had fun and enjoyed the party.
A big thanks for an amazing experience to all the third grade students !
